Higher, Deeper Love
Higher, Deeper Love
Pause for a moment. Close your eyes if you can. Listen past the noise of the day.
There is a hum.
It is soft. Steady. Always there. The hum lives beneath your sorrow. It glows through your fears. It threads through every thought you have ever had.
This hum has a name.
It is Love.
And here is what is most precious about it. Love is not something you have to chase. It is not waiting at the end of some long road. It is not something to be earned or proven or fixed. Love is already humming inside you. It has been here the whole time. This May, CSLNOCO invites you into the theme of Higher, Deeper Love. It is a sacred practice of listening for that hum.
The Truth Beneath the Story
Many spiritual paths begin with the story of suffering. The old teachings say life is hard, life is painful, life is full of loss. And yes, those things are real.
But what if suffering is not the first truth? What if it is only the surface?
Beneath the ache, something steadier is humming. Beneath the fear, something gentler waits. At CSLNOCO, we lean into the teachings of Science of Mind, which asks us to begin in a different place. Not with what is broken. Not with what hurts. But with what is whole. With what is here.
Presence. Wholeness. Love.
This is the ground beneath the ground. The Love that does not ask you to climb toward it. The Love that meets you exactly where you are standing.
The Sacred Feminine, Awakening
There is a Presence in all of life that creates and nurtures and renews. She is the soft hand on a tired shoulder. She is the deep knowing in your gut. She is the spark of creativity that wakes you in the night with an idea.
This is the Divine Feminine. And she is not far away.
She is not a goddess on some distant cloud. She is not reserved for mothers or women or any one kind of person. She lives inside every heart that beats. Her energy moves through compassion. Through intuition. Through the quiet, fierce love that holds a hurting world together.Ernest Holmes taught that within every person there is a place completely untouched by fear, by doubt, by the feeling of not being enough. Your divine self does not need armor. It does not need a mask. It simply wants to shine its light.
Maybe the healing our world is asking for begins right here. With the reawakening of this sacred Presence inside each of us.
When we reconnect with the Divine Feminine within, something shifts. The edges soften. The breath slows. Balance returns to places that felt off-kilter. The body remembers how to rest. The heart remembers how to open.
Honor her this month. Honor the ones who nurtured you. Honor the parts of yourself that have learned to nurture others. Honor the sacred, creative force that lives within all beings. She is the love that gives life its tenderness.
Listen. Soften. Belong.
This is the practice we return to when we forget the hum.
Listen for the Love beneath the noise. Soften the places that have grown hard. Belong to the Life that has always held you.
Love as Presence, Not Feeling
Feelings rise and fall like waves. They come in warm and bright. They leave us cold and unsure. We chase the good ones. We run from the hard ones.
But Love is not just a feeling.
Love is the ocean beneath the waves. Steady. Vast. Always there, even when the surface is wild. Love is the Divine essence at the heart of all that lives. Love is what holds the whole tender world together.
When you begin to know Love as Presence, something inside you settles. A deeper peace makes its home in your chest. Compassion becomes easier. Patience grows roots. The belonging you have always longed for begins to feel less like a dream and more like a homecoming.
You belong here. To the people around you. To the earth beneath your feet. To Life itself. The hum has been telling you so all along.
The Medicine of Love
Love heals. Not in loud or showy ways. Not by fixing or rushing or pushing. Love heals the way water shapes stone. Slowly. Patiently. With a kindness that does not give up.
Offered as compassion, love becomes medicine. Offered as forgiveness, love becomes medicine. Spoken as truth, held as presence, given freely, love becomes the quiet medicine the soul has waited for.
Inside each of us, there are places that have grown hard. Places that closed up to survive. Old wounds wrapped in silence. Memories that still tighten the chest. Love does not bulldoze these places. Love simply sits beside them and waits.
It softens what has hardened. It restores what felt lost. It opens room for grace to do its slow, sacred work. And the medicine of love does more than soothe. It transforms. It renews. It returns us, gently, to wholeness.
The Sacred Thread
Look closely at the world. Past the headlines. Past the noise. Past the lines we have drawn between us.
There is a thread.
Invisible, yet undeniable. It runs from heart to heart. From soul to soul. From the smallest seedling to the farthest star. This thread is Love, and it has always been weaving us together.
Beneath our differences, the thread holds. Beyond our stories, the thread holds. Through every appearance of separation, the thread holds.
When you begin to feel this thread, the world looks different. The stranger in the grocery line is no longer a stranger. The neighbor you disagree with is no longer just a neighbor. Every face you meet carries the same hum you carry. Every heart is held by the same Love.
This is the higher, deeper love we are reaching toward together at CSLNOCO. The love that crosses every line. The love that remembers we were never truly apart.
Living It, Daily
How do you live a love like this? Not in grand gestures. Not in some perfect, polished way.
You live it in small, ordinary moments. A pause before you speak. A breath before you react. A softer word when a sharp one wants to leap out. A hand on your own heart when the day feels too heavy.
You live it by being gentler with yourself. So many of us carry voices inside that are unkind. Voices that judge. Voices that shame. The deeper love asks us to turn even those voices toward tenderness. To speak to ourselves the way we would speak to a child we adore.
Some days, love is easy. It pours out of us with no effort. Other days, love asks more of us. It asks us to forgive when we want to stay angry. It asks us to listen when we want to be heard. It asks us to stay when every part of us wants to leave.
These are the holy moments. The ones where love becomes a daily commitment. The ones where we choose, again and again, to live from Spirit.
An Invitation
Come sit with us this May at CSLNOCO. Come be still. Come be tired or unsure or full of questions. There is room for all of it here.
You do not have to be polished. You do not have to have the right words. You only have to be willing to listen for the hum. And then to let it carry you closer to the Love that has been here all along.
May this month bring you back to the love at your center. May the Divine Feminine within you awaken in soft, sacred ways. May the medicine of love find every tender place that has been waiting. May you feel the thread that holds you to all of life.
And may you walk through your days knowing, in the deepest part of you, that you are loved. Higher than you can imagine. Deeper than you can fall.
With love,
Your CSLNOCO Community
