What We Believe
What is ‘New-Thought’ Philosophy?
New Thought philosophy is a blend of ancient spiritual truths, philosophy, and modern science that emphasizes positive thinking leading to positive results. It advocates living joyfully in the present, free from fear, and knowing that a higher power, known by many names, is for us and not against us. This power is believed to be present within every person and governs everything in the universe. Individuals strive to discover their relationship to this power and become partners in its activities to create fulfilling lives. The motto of New Thought is "Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life.
We Believe…
In one God which expresses itself through every living being.
That God is Love and that all of creation is an expression of that Love.
That anything in our life can be healed by changing the way we think.
That all thought is creative and that how we choose to think creates our personal experience.
That the Divine becomes personal to us as we learn to recognize its presence.
That this Power works through us expressing itself in the world as our highest and greatest good.
In the Oneness of all life and that our soul is eternal.
In the power of Love, the power of Joy, the eternal Goodness of all Life, and we rejoice in it.
