Dementia Together is a nonprofit organization with a mission: No one has to walk the dementia journey alone dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their care partners by focusing on current care, not just future cures. Through education and enrichment, they help individuals live well with dementia, making it the expectation rather than the exception. Dementia Together serves the community by fostering joy and stronger connections. Using the SPECAL® method, a simple, evidence-based approach, they empower care partners and improve the well-being of those with dementia, reducing stress and promoting lifelong well-being.
