Introduction to the Enneagram

The Enneagram, a unique self-discovery system, stands apart from others in two key ways: seekers find their own Type, moving beyond tests, and it delves into motivation, revealing the "why" behind actions. This insight frees individuals from personality biases, promoting nonjudgmental self-understanding.

Dating back thousands of years, the Enneagram has evolved through scholarly refinement. Enneagram Types result from genetics, upbringing, and inner dialogue. Essence is the unchanging core.

Join us to explore the 9 Types, identify your own, and cultivate self-compassion to reduce conflicts with others.
