The Divine is present in every flowing river, ancient stone, towering tree, and delicate blade of grass. When we slow down and truly listen, we begin to feel that presence and remember our place within the great web of life.

Being in nature gently invites us to drop out of the chatter of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart. In this heart space, we become more attuned to the sacred, more open to healing, and more aligned with our true essence.

In this class, you will experience the sacred language of nature as Spirit reveals messages of guidance, comfort, and clarity. Through a series of intentional activities, you will be gently led to deepen your awareness of the Divine expressed through the elements of the natural world.
